In order receive our services, users must complete the requisite registration form. During registration a
user is required to provide contact information (such as name, mailing address and email address), and provide other information appropriate
to the context of registering for an educational service.
Billing Information
Services are billed in a variety of ways. However, no financial information is stored on the Website.
Cookies
A cookie is a piece
of data stored on the user's hard drive containing information about the user. Cookies enable us to protect confidential data,
and track and target the interests of our users to enhance the experience on the Website. In order to use the Website, a user must
accept the installation of cookies. Cookies are not linked to any personally identifiable information.

the Company will use recorded content from the virtual classroom for promotional purposes. Although unlikely, it is possible
that your child's image and/or voice will be included in a promotional video or picture. By agreeing to use our services and
by signing the Terms of Service, you are allowing the Company to continue in this practice. The Company will not be held liable
under any circumstances for what third parties and unauthorized users do with promotional content that contains images and/or audio
of students.

the privacy practices of such other sites. Furthermore, since the Company does not maintain other websites, we do not endorse
or necessarily approve of the content found at other sites. We encourage our users to be aware when they leave our site and

in using the services provided by the Company. We encourage parents to monitor their children's online use, and to help protect their

Types of Information Collected
Basic information will be collected when using the services of LIVE Online
Math. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Student Name
- Student Email (optional)
- Records of academic progress when enrolled in a Class or Video-Plus Course
Information is obtained when a customer account
is created and also when a student account is created. Information is also obtained during live online class or tutoring
sessions, and through parent communication (via email, phone, or online session).
Use of Information
Information is used for informing
parents or entities the parent has given consent to notify of academic progress. Student contact information will also
be used to inform students of class happenings and/or changes in the way they access the online classroom, recordings, or other pertinent
information they need to use the services of the Company.
Where a parent has authorized the Company to release records of academic
progress to third parties (i.e. Charter Schools or other state-funded programs), the Company may disclose that information. Otherwise,
the information will be confidential.
Parental Rights and Agreements
The Company will not require a child to disclose more information
than is reasonably necessary to participate in the services the Company offers as a condition of participation.
Additionally,
the parent can review the child's personal information, ask to have it deleted and refuse to allow any further collection or use of
the child's information. For requests pertaining to this matter, please email the website operator at

Company needs a minimum amount of information in order to provide a quality service. Therefore, if a parent requests that too
much information be deleted or denies the collection of certain core information, the Company may not provide services to
that parent/child anymore.

The Company reserves the right to change this Privacy Statement, or any other
policy or practice, at any time. Any changes or updates to this Privacy Statement will be effective upon posting to the Website. For
