LIVE Online Math Drop Policy for Classes and Video-Plus Courses

(Last Updated 3/10/2024)

Wait!! Before you want to drop...

If a customer would like to drop one of our courses, the first step is to reach out to us to discuss the situation. Oftentimes, whatever the problem is, it can be addressed and rectified so that the student's learning is not impacted by actually dropping the course. Perhaps switching to another schedule/teacher is the solution, or the student was misplaced originally, or maybe tutoring is needed. Regardless, please contact us before you decide to drop a course.

Drop Policy

Rationale

LIVE Online Math courses run for an entire school year. We also pay a teacher for an entire school year. Therefore, when registering, we need a commitment from customers to pay for the entire course that they are signing up for.

There are limited seats in a LIVE Online Math course to ensure the best educational quality and a low student/teacher ratio. When you place an order, we are giving you one of those seats. We also offer courses, hire teachers, etc. based on enrollment. Dropping a course negatively impacts us in a variety of ways.

Billing Fees

Any fees incurred by the LIVE Online Math from a 3rd party payment processor (typically in conjunction with charging credit cards) will be passed on to the customer. Typically these fees are around 3% of the transaction amount. So, if a 3% fee is incurred on a $100.00 charge, $103.00 will be collected.

Notification of Changes

The Company reserves the right to change this Drop Policy at any time. Please direct questions/concerns to info@liveonlinemath.com.
